upgrade

Good day,<br> <br> My name is Porcia . I took a contract for a laptop with mtn of which the contract expired in may 2015. I made several calls with different ref no requesting that my fone should go back to prepaid. That was never done up to this day. While making different calls it was only I july that I was told I took an upgrade that I did not have any knowledge of and I did not even sign for it. <br> <br> I called again to tell them that they should cancel it as if I wanted the upgrade I would go to the shop. They told me that my matter has been escalated until today.On the 12 oct I made a call making a follow up because I had already received an sms stating that im owing and they are going to suspend my account,then I was told that all the money that I paid since from the day I made a request will be reversed, and I was also told that my account I under investigation as the the upgrade was done **********ly.then the following day I made a call again as my line was suspended so I needed to know what should I do because I did not have money to pay for the amount of R114.30 that was stated I should pay as I have been paying for what I do not know since from July, now I wont be able to pa
