Upgrade

so I have 2 Numbers that can upgrade 19|9|2024 , as one has been upgrade and then they told me they dont have stock for the other number but will send it as soon as there is stock.

and still nothing and still no call back.

i treid to call 3 Times and send mails with no responds!!!!
