Upgrade

I app**** for an upgrade online,initialy it was approved but after contacting MTN i was told its not approved. Then I was contacted by SUMMER MOBILE to upgrade. Upgrade was approved and device delivered 9th Nov 2022.My biometrics failed and device returned to DSV and up to now nobody contacted me to advise. Just transfer you from one person to another. I am with MTN for maybe 20 years and are very disappointment a good experience at all.
