Upgrade
On the 10 July 2015 made upgrade for two of my accounts which things went wrong without my concern, unexplained transactions happened. All though end of the month was billed R310 but within a week after the upgrade got SMS that reached R850 limit, send several emails to customer service but not receive answers on my questions.

Please be advised that your first invoice after you have done an upgrade includes a once off Upgrade Fee. Hence it is higher than what you will normally pay. In your account the once off upgrade fee is included for both lines.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
