Upgrade

I have been receiving calls from Mtn that my contract has ended and that I am due for an upgrade. On a month to month contract the month has increased. I then go upgrade the contract it has been four days no upgrade has been done. The store assistant has been in communication trying to assist but to nothing. Mtn must just keep their bad service and cancel the upgrade.
