Upgrade?

I currently have 3 contracts with MTN, 2 of which are due for upgrade this month - the other due next month. I submitted an upgrade request online for both for the Mobicel Echo 10.1 Inch Tablet @R69 per month. The lady that phones me back, advised there is no stock. So I asked if she can process the upgrade, and then I'll wait till there is stock available. These are intended for Xmas presents - therefor all 3 contracts would be upgraded for the same product and I don't mind waiting for the stock to come in - its not urgent. Besides, you're advertising the deal on your website, so there's no reason I shouldn't be able to order them. She then first tries to put through new contract requests - which I picked up on due to the questions I was being asked, then after I tell her its an upgrade, she refused to process the order for something that's not in stock. Maybe this is because its cheaper contracts? Maybe it prolongs any commission she might have received? I don't know. Regardless, thanks to this experience, I will wait till they are up for cancellation and rather just cancel all 3 contracts. Thanks MTN for no service at all.
