Upgrade
<p>Last year November i did a upgrade from top up to a data contract.</p> <p>They did not do the upgrade on the data, I have reported it to the MTN store - The Grove.</p> <p>Even on facebook, more then a month later and NOTHING is being done.</p> <p>MTN is Pathetic</p>

We have escalated the complaint to the MTN store The Grove managers to intervene we have have requested for the upgrade details to be captured for cell number ***.
We are waiting on feedback.
