Update your credit

Having contract phone was this service is the worst decision I did in my life. From the store,call centers department service is wreck and most all their branches is always offline, its been months I apparently owe different amounts everyday when I get called they don't answer your questions and help you instead they dropped the calls.

When I go to their stores am told the contract is terminated and they owe me money have sent them thousands of times the paid up letter from the Debt collectors they took me too but still they are sooooooo stupid to not even bother to open the attachment as the keep asking for the same thing while its on the attachment I have sent them.

My credit status is not looking good because of the negligence and undertrained staff who are unable to provide efficient work and solutions.

Am beyond fed up with this company its really useless
