Update my status with credit bureau

MTN servive very very bad, I had a cell phone contract with them. I was not paying my contract on time. It was handed over to their legal collection department .so i was paying the contract with collection department . So now the account is paid in full and settled and i have a proof of payment and the last amount i paid it was on July 2022. So now my problem is this , when i check my clear score and credit bureau MTN contract still appears active and owing . And this is affecting me alot i can't qualify for other credits because of MTN contract Please update my status with relevent credit bureau's
