Up your Game MTN

This is my first month as an MTN subscriber. I did not receive an invoice although MTN debited my account for much more than my expected contract price. I have since called in 6 times to *** to try and resolve the issue. Every time I called I was told that the statement has duplicated my charges and it will be corrected. These calls lasted for several minutes (from 10 to 26 minutes). Furthermore I have been charged for Air G. What is Air G????<br> <br> Needless to say I still don't have a statement for the R1260 I was billed for and neither do I have a corrected statement. Now to add insult MTN has taken away all off my contract air-time for the calls made to ***. MTN needs to give me back my air time and sort out my account. It is really ridiculous that a simple statement cannot be sorted out timeously and it is even more ridiculous that you charge me for the calls.<br> <br> MTN please sort this out urgently. I cannot call you...your call centre ate up air time.
