Unwillings to assist

Hi<br> <br> I went to the MTN branch in Campus Square wanting to enquire on the offers they have because I am interested in taking out a contract with the. The manner in which they handle their customers it's like they doing us a favor, like they going to pay for it monthly. At the same time there was an elderly lady in the shop waiting to be assisted and the lady did was look at her and helped the person that came after the Old lady. If that's the type of service that MTN is rendering to their customers I am afraid I will be going somewhere else. To top it up we were two customers coming for the same contract but its unfortunate that your staff are Rude and Very Unfriendly. As I am speaking to her and asking for assistance she bluntly ignores me and goes on with whatever she was busy with and that my friends is the worst SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY LIFE.
