Unwilling to help: very pathetic

The worst service ever. I app**** for a contract online and they confirmed all was fine After 5 days I sent a follow up and only then they told me they do not have my ID and that I must go into the store, mind you I did send a clear copy of my id. I then went into the store at Sandton city. I had to ask my manager to leave early to sort this out. Thembekile, I think that is her name assisted me and my application was referred, she said it will not take long they just need to check/verify my docs, I followed up after a few days and spoke to Thabiso, was told YET AGAIN they do not have a clear copy of my id! and she is the one that made a copy I think. it's now day 7 since I went there, NO feedback, it's also really hard to get someone to answer the phone there.

Today they had the guts to say it was declined without giving me any reason at all
