Unwanted pop ups

I was busy typing on my phone and one of your pop up messages came up and I accidentally pressed on it. Now I'm subscribed to God only knows what. How do I cancel whatever it is you sent me now???? PLEASE STOP WITH HNE UNWANTED ****** POP UPS MAN!!!
