Unwanted Contract
To whom it may concern,<br> <br> MTN keep phoning my Mom to offer her unnecessary contracts which she cant really afford.<br> <br> She took a contract from one of MTN's telesales persons. The sales person said she can just return the phone if she was not happy.<br> <br> She returned the phone in time to the Somerset Mall Branch. She has since tried and tried to cancel the contract, but MTN is so adamant to get persons on their contract, but when help is needed, there is no one.<br> <br> Can someone please help my Mom sort this out. She has been a loyal customer for years, and already has a MTN contract and does not need another one. Stop picking on the elderly with sales calls.<br> <br> <br>
