I have been receiving sms's from unkown numbers saying I am subscribed for this and that. I checked my online Mtn profile to see that there are charges debited in my contract accounts. I contact Mtn, they told me who the companies are. My thing is; I have made them aware that I did not subscribe to this companies, why are they not reversing the charges? Why is Mtn not blocking these Glam Box companies from gaining access to my accounts?? I even contacted ICASE who told me that this matter is beyond their jurisdiction. I then contacted WASPA, from which i am still waiting feedback. Meanwhile, i have about 95 sms's received from yesterday for R7/day, R18/day charges. I'm at wit's end..
