UNUSED MINUTES AND DID NOT EXPIRE

I am not satisfied by MTN, i bought 8400 minutes on the 21st of June, the last balance i had was 4020 minutes but now when i try to make a call it say i have 0 minutes when i call mtn they say i have used them all. how can i use 8400 minutes in 3 days
