unusable data bundles
I have 124MB of data that for some reason I cannot use on my MTN contract . I tried to call MTN call centre numbers I know but they are all voice prompts. I cant use the Internet even though I have bundles-it uses my airtime instead. I get a message from MTN saying I have run out of airtime. I have found it frustrating to get someone from MTN to talk to, self service is useless.
