<p>I orderd a gold Samsung S7 that comes with a black Samsung lite tab through kokstad mtn. The courier deliverd the package on the 28/09/2016 and upon arrival I open the package expecting a gold samsung S7 as orderd but it was a black S7. Now man refused to take the phone back saying I have opened the seal. My argument is that all S7 phones come in a black box and with my excitement And expectation of a gold S7 I had to open the box . If I knew that mtn was not trustworthy I would have read the small sticker outside the box but I did not because I was expecting want I initially orderd. So I'm stuck with a phone that I dnt want because it is not want I orderd. I'm frustructed even with mnt kokstad branch that is bad in service delivery in following up my complaint. Thank you.</p>
