So as a provider you can change my contract? I thought a contract was a binding between 2 parties ? No one asked me if I can afford my bill too go up !! You as Mtn just decided , ***** the customer we will just do it , so if you break the contract that must mean I can aswel ? As the customer because what you have done does not suit me !! So I want too know now how I get out of my non existent contract ? I hope this doesn't take long too be resolved , this is a bully move on the little guy
Thank you
Adam

Hello aidamfeeley,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that MTN had an approval from ICSA before implementing the increase in service fees and it is also stated on the contract form that MTN has a right to review service fees from time to time.

The change was necessary for us to be able to improve on the service we provide to you.

Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.

Kind Regards
Itumeleng
