Untrained agents

I am extremely frustrated by the pathetic service I experienced this morning with mtn customer service agents, Am sure they are not getting proper training before going live on the floor. The agents keep on dropping the calls and this other agent called Akha got audacity to tell me as a customer that “she have nothing to do with escalating calls she working home”

I spoke to Nompucuko whole Team Leader who also dropped my call and never bothered herself to call me back. Another agent told me that she can’t spell Nompucuko and she don’t know who the person is and she dropped the call.

I did not get the assistance I needed the service is just exhausting.
