Unsubstantiated, hugely inflated data charges

I have twice confirmed my email address, so you can't possibly be sending it to the incorrect address.... So where is it then???<br> <br> I have reversed my debit order this month, however I will make payment of my usual bill of R839.00, but I will not pay a cent more if you cannot provide me with documented proof of the data you say I used in the last 2 billing periods!!!
