Unsubscribed Playez club

Good day I receive SMS that says I subscribed for Playez club, I bought airtime and when I check my balance I saw that the balance is not what I bought. This is a **** that MTN is coming with now. We receive stupid pop up messages, when you say cancel, they will say you subscribed and is very annoying. I asked the consultant who was helping me and she was mumbling around and said maybe I signed up on the internet or there was a call I pressed according to automatic voice and hence I did subscribe. When did I ever do that? This network irritates me now
