Unsubscribe impossiblep
I am trying to unsubscribe from my current MTN account as I am imigrating. I have never came upon such a poor system. I first went into the store after which they told me you can only unsubscribe an account online. I called the number provided and everytime I call have to hold on for over 30 minutes without any response. It is such an unfriendly system and they make it impossible to unsubscribe.
