unsolved query

I've never been so disappointed like this with MTN. I've used this network service provider for the past 10 years... For the whole year I've been doing the same query with no help since February this year it has not been solved. Every month my number is suspended due to an amount i dont even owe. i have learned that ref *** done on the 2023-05-08 the ticket has been closed satus it's been rejected with my query been solved. VERY DISAPPOINTED
