Unsolved issue with MTN not give data but taken my money in other words my money was ******

Help center is wholly *********** and cannot solve a simple issue like data that was bought on the MTN app deducted from my bank account but not credited to me. I bought data on the MTN app and till today I was not credited with the data but the money was debited from my account and in the whole of MTN there is nobody that can solve the issue, if this is not gross incompetence then please tell me what is. The query was logged on the 26th of November around 14H00 and the Data was bought on the 25th of November around 19H19. The message I got from.my bank was provided via e mail to MTN as proof of my payment. The ticket number is REQ***. I have requested for a supervisor to call me.back to no avail.
