Unsolicited subscription to MTN UrbanTV

On 17 August 2018 I received an SMS from MTN saying "Thank you for subscribing to Urban TV". I NEVER subscribed to anything from MTN and when I asked MTN on twitter about this, they never responded. Afrihost told me it was likely just a **** message. Fast forward to 26 October and I check my billing - sure enough, MTN has been **********ly charging me R2.02/day since 17 August 2018. This is totally disgusting, *******, ***** behaviour. I have now sent the *464*970# message to MTN to cancel 'Play Subscriptions' to Urban TV / Trace TV. Will I get refunded? Of course not. They have ****** that money from me. ******* *******s!
