Unsolicited SPAM - NO WAY TO STOP

Despite having set my communication preferences to NOT receive any marketing material, I still regularly receive messages for "MaxLife Growth at R3/day". At the end of the message it says "Out-out reply: Stop" and NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I REPLY STOP I continue to receive these messages.
