Unsolicited calls

The following number from MTN *** keeps phoning me. Then a sales person with number *** phoned me and confirmed it is MTN. When i questioned her regarding were they got my number from and do they have consent She told me i am on the database and she knows nothing about consent. Can MTN please remove me from the database?
