Unsolicited Calls
I lodge this complaint as an MTN complaint as opposed to a Summer Mobile complaint as Summer Mobile's rating on responses on this platform is non-existent. Firstly i have two numbers: one MTN; and the other Cell C. I get a call from Summer Mobile to sell me a contract on my Cell C number where I have never given express permission to be marketed to. This is in contravention of DMA rules. I can understand if I was called on MTN line but not my Cell C line. MTN, please rectify this as this is not on. You a corporate responsibility to work within the ambits of the rules. Please do so...

We have sent the request to Summer Mobile not to call you again on the Cell C number but on the MTN number only when the upgrades are due.
