Unskilled employees, poor customer service and racial **************

The worst service ever. Blocking my ****** contract phone was a mission as well as assessing my claim. Their employees are not skilled and do not understand the concept of customer service. To further appraise my disgust, it is saddening how they are so quick to help white people and will take their own precious time assisting black people. MTN Carlton center, Mall of The South, The Glen and Festival Mall as i they are trained to racially discriminate. I would not recommend anyone to take a cellphone contract with MTN or get into bed with them.
