I am appalled by MTN Sales Consultant and MTN as a Service provider.It is probably the one organisation that has the most ************ sales agents who disregard and misrepresent themselves to the customer. Failure to disclose information regarding open line billing is a crime.I have gone to three stores, and enquired by the Sales consultants who are eager to make a sale and brush you off as a customer when you start asking questions. I have been deceived and mistreated by MTN stores Sale Consultants. And if MTN have this caliber of people who just want to ******* hard working people just to make a sale and fail to disclose key information to clients, well I am ashamed to have anything to do with them. You ask the consultants for assistance and particularly to cut costs but they are willing to ******* hard working people only to get a phone Bill of R4000.
