UNSATISFY SERVICE PROVIDING - PHONE CONTRACT

Good Day, I have a contract phone with MTN (26/08/2022). R19,569.00. for 36 months payment. On 27/03/2024, i book inn the phone for Repairs on Damage Screen & Battery at the Store where i took the contract. (king shaka int airport -MTN). i have followed up every single day, they always telling me its still under repairs and they are replacing parts. 1 moths later, i was told the phone is back but when i went to take my phone, ITS NOT FIXED.

(REFF:IRMS***_1) Nothing was actually done on it. in questioning them why was the phone not fixed, they couldnt give me an adequate answer. when i tried calling cancellation depatment to have the contract cancelled since the phone is not fixed , i was told to pay R9700.00 Which i do not have such and i cant pay such amount where else they refused fixing the phone. There was no quote sent to me in a discussion if i can pay part of the damaged whiles they also bare part. Nothing as such. No communication between MTN (the Store) , the Repair centre with me regarding the issue even when i keep phoning them, i only get **** responses from them. yet iam still paying for the monthly installment on the phone but its brken for 3 months not working.
