Unsatisfied with monthly deductions.

Good day

I have a serious problem with MTN. I renewed my contract early in 2020 and agreed with the MTN consultant that my monthly instalments will be around R400 but now MTN is charging me more than what we agreed on. MTN deducted R461.55 for the month of July 2020.

This is not what was agreed. I have complained maybe 3 times already via their complaints channel and there is no resolution on this. All im asking is that MTN pay back all the differences that they have been deducting.

They must check on their records n how much was agreed on. The last complaint I sent was on the 01 July 2020 when I complained about June deduction. This is the query number was allocated. [#***].

I am tired of this now, please help.
