Unsatisfied service

Just when I thought my query was being resolved then back to start again, I queried about my MTN insurance in April got a feed back on the 14th of May that I was suppose to pay a sum to reinstate my insurance and when I asked if there was a dead line to pay that amount unfortunately I didn't receive any reply, today on the 10th of July 2024 when I called to follow up on the reply I sent tshepo I was told my insurance is canceled, mind you for it to laps wasn't even the issue on my side I'd have to call every time to let them know they didn't deduct the premium and I won't let this slide and the lady that assisted me last was being rude
