Unsatisfied service

I signed up a month to month plan uncapped WiFi with mtn, I normally pay the 15' of every month 269 rand, last month I failed to pay on time I only paid on the 10" of July with penalty 300 and was promised to be reconnect the 15" of July today. I phoned again as I was still not connected and was told I'll be reconnected 15" of August, i'm not happy i'm paying netflix and disney for what?
