UNSATISFIED SERVICE!!!

Hello I switched my cellphone account from my mother's name to my my name, I upgraded at Heidelberg mall Mtn. Lauren helped me at first to get a package deal the Huawei P30 Pro that suites me But unfortunately I pay an amount that I did not agree to and I'm not receiving the correct data, minutes according to the package deal I signed for and my invoice state I pay double insurance that I didn't sign for, I contacted her and she said she will sort the problem out about n month after that I went back and spoke to Themba and the same happens, they say they will phone me back but never do and the problem stays the same, I spoke to the store manager she sang the same song as the other people that helped me. They promised me a gifts with my phone I never received anything. I feel very unhappy about the service rendered by mtn Heidelberg
