Unsatisfied disgruntled customer

I recently submitted an insurance claim after I lost my phone (Samsung S6 Edge 32g), I had to call them weekly to get an update as no one was calling me neither was I getting an sms or some form of communication to give me an update on the progress of the claim. After the claim was approved I was given a Samsung S7 Edge 32g as the S6 has been discontinued; I was under the impression that seeing that as my phone was insured for R16 000 I would be given an option of devices to choose from within that range, but when I called to inquire about this I was informed that I did not have an option even though when I initially took the insurance was advised that I would get a phone for R16 000 should I claim as this was the value of my phone at the time (2015).
