Unsatisfied Customer.

I've upgraded on the 30th July 2020 and I did not get the Bluetooth earphones that was on the promotion. I tried to get in touch with mtn but all I was getting was a false hope that they will get back to me, the other thing I haven't receive the promotional data Bundles also I've been going in and out of their shop but I don't get any help I'm in need. I regret upgrading with them.
