UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I called in at about11:42, I spoke to a Luvuyo Nkomo, as I received the sms. He asked me a bout a PIN, which I told him I do not have, he then said he will need to ask me security questions, which I agreed too. The 1st question I could not hear, as there was a disturbance on the line, I then asked him to repeat himself, as I did not hear the question. In an aggressive tone, he repeated himself. I then told him I could not hear the 1st, and it's no use he is agro with me. I asked him to put me through to someone else and he put the phone down in my ear. This is my first time having a contract with MTN. Is this really the service you give your clients??? It is NOT our fault that you Luvuyo has to come in on a MONDAY after PAY WEEKEND to work. WHY did you not book off sick, if you are not able to deal with customers on a MONDAY after PAY WEEKEND??? MTN DO BETTER. And before anyone phones me, please go an listen to the call. I have spoken to an Alicia aswell, who was very helpful, but told me the call from Luvuyo was not logged, as she could not provide me with his name. She did ask if i received a sms with a reference number, and when I looked at my sms's I saw I received 1 from MTN with his name.

Still no contact from MTN. No email, no call. Are you also like most companies, as long as the client signed a contract (36 months), you don't give a hoot. As long as you receive your money every month, **** the client.

I signed up for 2 contracts, the Samsung Fold 7, and insurance. I see on my invoice, that you charging me double pro-rata for both contracts. No-one can tell me why. Customer care told me to contact the insurance, the insurance is telling me it is pro-rata, the more I am telling them I understand that, but there is 2 pro-rata's for 1 of the phones, and 2 pro-ratas for the other device. Then there is the normal insurance for January for both devices. My question is why pro-rata per device???/ I have sent through my statement on the 26 January, and still no feedback.
