Unsatisfied customer

If you value peace ,please stay away from mtn home internet, started using their router on the 19th and already it says I’ve used 100% of my fair usage of speed and I need to buy more speed ,I mean it is only 10 days of using the internet but already speed is weak ,the customer service agent was not helpful instead you could hear she was asleep when call came and couldn’t give me proper answers ,I guess MTN will take you from pillar to post when you clarity
