Unsatisfied customer

For the past 3 months, l phoned the call center to resolve a problem, was told a supervisor will escalate the matter. This no response. The call center are totally *********** including there so called supervisors. I spend R2000 a month on my contracts with MTN. They are totally useless in assisting their customers.
