Unsatisfied client

I bought a laptop from them on the Online Store, 2 months later and it's not working and my nightmare started, maybe UK would be able to help finally it was collected and last response was dated 26 June 2022,,since then nothing but they still have the laptop. The run around was endless I must have visited all MTN branches for assistance
