I do have a contract where I'm charged for 7 gig of data monthly but it has never been loaded on my account. I went to report it and the matter was escalated with no response yet I am buying data every now and then. It's painful. My number is ********** 205. I can't wait for my contract to end and look for a caring service provider. I am paying almost R2, 200 per month yet I get lip service.
