Unsatisfactory with the service

Good morning

Yesterday I went to one of the MTN outlet that is situated in birch acres mall for sim swap, I had the affidavit stating that I want to do a sim swap and I am the onwer of the certain number . But I was not assisted they told me that I had to write everything that I did like using the USSD PLATFORM, CALLING THE CALL CENTER AND SO ON. But on the affidavit I stated that I would like to retrieve that cellphone number.
