Unsatisfactory Service

The outgoing calls on my phone have not been working from Monday, 30th November at 07:30. I then called the call Centre to notify them about it and that the incoming calls and both SMS are working properly. On the 30th I spoke with 2 consultants who promised that the problem is sorted but it continued. This morning I called again and was given the technical contact number to speak with them, The guy that I spoke with there said there is nothing they can do to sort this problem out and he was not prepared to give me any other possible solution except to say I have to bring in the phone for them to look at it.
