Unsatisfactory service

I am typing this with anger and I am very disappointed on how your agents keep on hanging ups on me while I am taking effort to fix my issue .

I am unable to make calls and I have contacted MTn call centre purchasing airtime for a friend to use his vodacom network and I am getting a trash service plus I am loyal and have been with MTN for almost 7 years . I called morethan 10 times and I get no help ,followed every instruction and nothing is happening your agents hang up on me when I inform them that it is not my first call ,immediately when I mention that they hang up . I am really unhappy and frustrated I guess thats the type of service I deserve. I have airtime and when I call it says I have insufficient airtime to make a call and yet I have R30 airtime . My internet is working fine.. PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE YOUR AGENTS ARE FAILING ME AND HANGING UP ON ME . PLEASE CONTACT ME ON THE ALTERNATIVE NUMBER IF YOU CANT REACH ME ON MY CELLPHONE *** . I need my outgoing calls to workn!please help
