Unsatisfactory service..!!

After much deliberation, t's time to terminate this stressful relationship between myself and mtn contractwes. I can't remain loyal to a service provider who doesn't give me anything in return, specially since I've been a customer 1998 but I've spent more time complaining and b*thing about your service delivery. I need a network that is going to provide better service, is available when I need them and not cause me drama to the point of affecting my livelihood

I'm not going to count all the other issues I've had since the beginning of this year alone or I'll be here for the next day typing. My latest problem is since 18/5/16, the network went down in westbrook. The minute I enter westbrook (worst is at my house), I can't email, text, call NOTHING! the network goes from 4G or Edge to "you are not connected to a mobile network". I have zero coverage on my phone.

To date I've called your call centres every day morw than twice (even then i havr to pull teeth waiting for someone to answer).
Your data coverage dept which to my great annoyance closes by 5pm and closed on weekends told me there's a faulty tower and can't tell me when it'll be fixed i just have to wait. SERIOUSLY???

A call centre then tells me to go do a sim swap on Sat. The agent at the walk in shops basically told me to suck it up and wait for monday for the data coverage dept to assist as they're not aware of any faulty towers in westbrook. When I left i told her I'll be moving networks by then.
Everyone else (telkom, vodacom, cell c) is working. I'm the only idiot sitting with a phone and network that doesn't work. I can't do any office work, clients can't reach me so instead of being on leave now, I'll be working attempting to catch up all these days I've lost. Not to mention there is nothing more annoying than having to drive out to a mall to get signal- I don’t foresee your company compensating me for my petrol and time driving around huh??

And please - this notion of closing on weekends is preposterous!! How do clients like myself get their issues resolved then??

I think I've been more than understanding and I've had enough - plainy put this is unacceptable!!
