Unsatisfactory service

i cancelled my contract and paid amount required. Days later when i ask for settlement letter, i get told i still have an outstanding amount, I pay that too. A month later, i ask for my settlement letter and i am still told i owe money. MTN doesnt want people to cancel their contracts in peace. I want my settlement letter and will not be paying anything more.
