Unsatisfactory sales

I purchased a Huawei P40 lite 5g from MTN in December, I was told that I would still be able to get all my apps which is not true at all. The disadvantages of having a different operating system was not explained to me. I'm so disappointed in the service. Also, MTN doesn't respond to calls or emails
