Unsatisfactory customer service

MTN together with DSV are so ***********, they were supposed to deliver my device yesterday, but supposedly they took back the parcel without informing me and they claim my account is in "Collection". The number linked to the delivery is suspended yet I paid it off, now DSV is still trying to contact me whilst MTN says I'm in collection, its all *** I'm changing networks
